As a dedicated micro-roaster, they roast in small batches to ensure clarity and balance in every cup. They offer a diverse range of beans for espresso and pour-over, and they are known for using a high-end reverse osmosis water system to ensure the cleanest possible extraction. During the summer, they feature unique specials like their Valencian orange-inspired coffee soda. The café is situated on a charming street lined with century-old buildings and original tiled facades. While the interior is calm and relaxed, the small sunny terrace at the front is the best spot to enjoy the sea breeze while people-watching.
